Stella Syrkin
President
During 16 years Stella was the Executive Director of the European Maccabi Confederation, working with Maccabi organizations in 40 countries in Europe and FSU; establishing new Maccabi cubs in various countries; organizing numerous international tournaments, conferences and seminars. Stella was part of the Organizing Committee of the European Maccabi Games in Rome 2007, Vienna 2011, Berlin 2015, and Budapest 2019; she was also actively involved with the organization of the Maccabiah Games in Israel in 2005, 2009, 2013, and 2017. During 6 years Stella was the Chairwoman of Maccabi Ramat Itzhak Association, supporting female and youth sports. Currently Stella is Keren Hayesod Representative in Germany.

He earned 11 caps for the USSR national football team, and participated in the 1990 FIFA World Cup, playing matches against Argentina and Cameroon.
