Coming soon to Kiryat Yam: The "Ice Arena"! Negotiations on the arena's construction are now in the final stage.

Negotiations regarding the construction of an ice arena in Kiryat Yam have reached their final stage. Leading this project is the «ASCEND» association, which has undertaken the creation of Olympic-standard modern ice rinks for winter sports and family entertainment centers in various cities across Israel. The upcoming complexes aim to transform Tel Aviv, Rishon Le Zion, Haifa, Nesher, and, of course, Kiryat Yam into professional hubs for winter sports.

The main details were agreed upon at a meeting between the city administration and representatives of the «ASCEND» association, which took place on January 18, 2024.

Strategic Placement: «ASCEND» seeks to strategically position its complexes in cities, ensuring accessibility for residents and visitors. Including Kiryat Yam in this list is a crucial step in expanding the influence zone of high-quality facilities for winter sports.

Family Orientation and Professionalism: The vision for ice arenas is clear - to become leading family-oriented and simultaneously professional venues for winter sports in Israel. «ASCEND» is dedicated to creating facilities that meet the diverse needs of both average families and professional athletes.

Wide Range of Services: In addition to standard offerings like training in various winter sports, «ASCEND» aims to enhance the level of service by providing additional amenities. The complexes will feature indoor sports halls and dining facilities, creating a multifunctional entertainment environment for visitors.

As negotiations for the ice arena project in Kiryat Yam enter the final phase, expectations are growing for the emergence of a high-class facility that will not only redefine entertainment and sports in the region but also contribute to international connections. Stay tuned for further updates as this exciting project develops.
